THE PRESIDENT-ELECT CASE
[UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT] NEW YORK, Dec. 18. The ease against Walter Dunn, charged with sending threatening letters to Dr. Woodrow Wilson, Presi-dent-elect, has been dismissed. A motion is pending to dismiss . a case involving the other accused through lack, of evidence.
