[INDEPENDENT PEES 3 CABLE] LONDON, Oct. 7. The battleship HALS. Iron Duke will bo launched on Saturday.

HALS. Iron Duke was laid down at Portsmouth on January 15 this’ year. Her armament will consist of 10 13. Sin guns of the new design, firing a shell of 14001 b. as compared with one of 12501 b for the 13. Sin guns of the H.M.S. Orion class. There will be a powerful secondary battery of Gin guns.
