FURTHER CASE FOR SUPREAIE COURT. From information lie received yesterday, Sergt. He was arrested at Auckland and sent hack to Tokomaru last Sunday. The remand to Tokomaru was for the 14th, hut on account of next week’s Supreme Court sittings, ho was brought up and dealt with.
