Air. AY. A. Barton. S.AL. returned las.t evening from Wairoa, after a heavy Court sitting. His Honor Air Justice Chapman will arrive from Auckland on Sunday next. Air. Eraser, one of the representatives of‘Labor, is paying a return visit to this district. , Regimental Sergeant-Major McDonald al Xe.pier. arrives at Gisborne this week. An applicate n will he made to His Hi n< r Air. .Justice Chapman during the Supreme Court sessions for the admission of Air John Kinder as a solicitor. Air. Charles Ai. Berkeley, in advance of “Sinbad, the Sailor,” is at present in Gisborne, making arrangements for the arrival next week of the “Big Show.” Air. Berkeley will leave for the South bv to-morrow’s boat.
