FOREIGNERS TO BE DISARMED

General Orozco (Leader of the Revolutionaries) says that he intends to disarm foreigners living in the Zones dominated by the Revolutionary party if it will he the means of unseating General Madero (President), but foreigners will get protection regardless of their sympathies or affiliations.
