SYDNEY, July 28. A sensational Shooting case lias occurred near Dubbo. , A well-known and highly-respected farmer named Herbert Tliorbv is alleged to have shot a man named McArthur.
The latter was working for Tliorby but was discharged. An altercation occurred, and Tliorby was subsequently attacked by McArthur with a tomahawk, whereupon Tliorby is alleged to have fired twice, killing McArthur instantly. Tliorby later reported himself to the police.
