Messrs Richardson .and Co’s Euru, v.'hicli arrived from Nelson on Saturday with railway material, finished discharging yesterday morning and left for the South at 10 a.in. The Union S. S. Co’s Navua, which left Auckland on Saturday at 5 p.m., had a very bad trip down the coast after she passed the East Cape. She did not call at Tokomaru, and arrived in the Bay about 9 a.m. yesterday. The Tuatea attempted to tender her at 9 a.m.. but it was found impossible to get alongside the steamer owing to the heavy belting on the Navua’s sides which is likely to catch the tender when the vessel rolls. The Tuatea went out again at 2 p.m. and successfully tendered the Navua, returning to the wharf shortly after 4 p.m. The Craig steamer Ihumata will come up to the wharf as soon as the weather moderates. ' - The -Westport Coal Co’s .Keguhis, which lias been sheltering in Wellington, is expected to arrive here to-mor-row. She left there at 3.15 p.m. yesterday.
