Mr Pell, managing director of the North Coast Steamship Company, in a speech, said that Labor tyranny must endThe laborer was worthy, of his hire, hut when tyranny and oppression become uppermost something must give way. He characterised the recent arbitration awards in regard to masters and officers as a disgrace to the civilised race.
