Deserters report that the Turkish troops are without leaders, and arc completely disorganised. The Italians blew up the Sultanese fort. At a reception at the Governor's palace foreign Consuls offered congratulations. One hundred Arab chiefs attended. Elaborate precautions have been taken in the despatch of six transports, the convoy whereof presents a front extending for five miles. The press censorship lias been increased in severity.. Several correspondents are 'being prosecuted for betraying State secrets. ST. PETERSBURG, Oct. 11. Upwards of 300,000 tons of wheat intended for Italy has accumulated in the Black Sea. 1 MALTA, Oct. 11. Nineteen transports have passed here, escorted by four battleships and eight destroyers.
