FINED FOR STRANGE BEHAVIOR. [UNITED PRESS ASSOCIATION—COPYRIGHT. (Received August 14, 9.10 p.m.) SYDNEY August 14. Hazel McKay, a recent arrival from New Zealand, has been fined in the Police Court, for causing annoyance by knocking at persons’ doors dressed in male attire.
