HAPPY FURNISS CHAMPIONS NEW FASHION. A recent London cablegram states that Air Harry Furniss, the well-known “Punch’ - ’ cartoonist, champions the harem skirt in the “Times.’’ He argues that- this dress should become a permanent fashion from the point of view of common-sense, comfort, and hygiene, and is far preferable to the present microbe-gathering costume.
