AIELBOURNE, Jan. 11. (Received January 11, 10.15 p.m.) Fifteen thousand people awaited Lord Kitchener’s arrival, and gave him an enthusiastic reception. Air. Deakin', the Federal Ministers, and Sir G. H. Reid welcomed him on behalf of die Commonwealth. A guard of honor escorted him to' the Federal Government- House. ’ The route was crowded with people, and there was much cheering.
