NAPIER, May 30. Te Koliau has to be added to the nominations for the Hawke’s Bay Steeplechase telegraphed on Friday night.
s MR. G. P. DONNELLY RELINQUISHING RACING.
HASTINGS, May 29. Mr. G. P. Donnelly intends to relinquish racing for a time, and the scarlet and white stripes will disappear from the turf. El Dorado has been leased and the rest of Mr. Donnelly’s team in training will be nominated for future events, and are open for private sale. Those remaining unsold will be offered by auction early in the spring.
