[Tj tub Editor.] Sir,—AA’ould you be good enough to allow me the space to draw attention to a matter that greatly affects tihe progress of this town. I refer to the fact that tlio-town inspectors are allowing an old building that lias been standing about 20 years to be pulled down and re-crected within five minutes’ walk of tho Post Office. Surolv, sir, the Heulth Officer ought to have something to say on this matter! There ought to ;bc some by-law to prevent decayed old buildings from being re-erected within the borough boundaries.
