Horses entering for district races to have been in the district, and the bona fide property of residents, at least three months previous to races. 2. Jockeys riding in races to wear colours. 3. Protests to be lodged with the Secretary in writing, within 15 minutes after the disputed ovent, accompanied with a deposit of £2, such deposit to be forfeited if the protest be not sustained. 4. No nomination or acceptance will bo entertained unless accompanied by necessary fees. s’.
