Savill liner Corinthic last night completed loading 20,000 carcases of frozen meat, 700 hales of wool, and 200 casks of tallow and pelts, and sailed for South. NAPIER. Feb. 18. To sail—Wanaka (5.30 p.m.) for Gisborne. The L'.S.S. Co.’s Wai'kare left AVeilington yesterday, and Napier and Gisborne are to be worked- to-day. She will arrive here to-night, and in the meantime the Tuatea is timed to leave the wharf at 7 p.m. The following have hooked passages: Misses Clarke and Ross; Alesdames Hancock, Toman, Whiting, Pitt; M essrs Brown, DeSilva, Allen, Hookey, Shierlaw, Threlkcld, Johnston, and Beale; Major _Pitt; Rev. Co.’s Manuka arrives from Auckland this afternoon, and proceeds to Napier at a late hour. Messrs Richardson and Co., Toroa arrived yesterday morning from south and after discharging 80 tons of general cargo left in the evening for Oamarti direct. Thence she proceeds to Lyttelton, leaving there for Gisborne direct on Saturday. She arrives in Gisborne on Monday next, and leaves for Napier the same evening. Owing to late arrival in Napier, the U.S.S. Co.’s Wanaka will not arrive here until this morning. After discharging a number of live stock .and a quantity of general cargo, she leaves for Auckland, returning thence on Monday next, to load sheep for Lyttelton. The U.S.S. Co.’s Tuatea left for Tolaga on Monday evening for a load of wool. She returned at an early hour yesterday morning, and transferred 270 bales to the Corinthic during tlio day. The N.Z. Shipping Co.’s Rimutaka left Capetown on Sunday en route for New Zealand.
