RULES AND REGULATIONS. Entries will be received by the Managing Steward up till 9 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, February oth, 1908. All ponies must attend for measurement at 12.30 p.m. on the course on tbo day of the races, wben a six months’ certificate will be granted, tor which os will bo charged. All handicaps, with the exception of the Miramar Cup, will be started on a minimum of Bst- 71b. The Miramar Cup will bo started on a minimum of Set. Any winner during the day to incur a penalty of 71b. So far as is possible, the rules of -the New Zealand Racing Conference will bo observed at this meeting, but a book of rules is in course of preparation, and will shortly be issued. Weights will be declared on MO*.DAY, February 10th. The Managing Steward will be pleased to give any information ts* country visitors as to accommodation to be obtained for themselves and ponies. , No pony allowed to start whose nomination fee is unpaid. In the case of there being less than five starters for the Mii'amar Cup, the right is reserved to reduce tho value of the stake.
