AA’iddowson, S.M., in the' Police Court this morning, decided that (.diaries Mack was an habitual drunkard witluu the meaning of the Act, and committed him to Pakatoa Inebriates Homo, Auckland, for two years. This is the second' man to be dealt with under the new Act in Dunedin.
