Drunkenness. —John Allen was lined 10s, costs 2s, in default 48 hours’ imprisonment. —John Turner was fined IDs, costs 2s.—Hans Nelson, previously convicted of a similar offence in June, was lined £l, costs 2s.—Ghas. Owens was lined 18s, costs 2s. —AViremu AVliarokino, whoso last conviction for drunkenness was in 1905, was fined 10s, costs 2s.—Two first offenders were fined ss, costs 2s. Adjournments.—Two civil cases were adjourned, and ono was struck out, owing to non-appea ranco b.y either party. Judgment Summons. —R. 11. Imago applied for a judgment summons against Clias. AVestrup for a debt of £22 2s (id. Mr. Sainsbury appeared for judgment creditor. Debtor failed to appear, and an order was made against him for payment forthwith, in default 23 days’ ■imprisonment.
