TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 24. (Before Air. AV. A. Barton, S.AI.) Drunkenness.—A first offender for drunkenness was dealt with in tho usual manner. Obscene Language.—Edwin Charles Harvey was charged with using obscene language in a public place, and was sentenced to 4 days’ impi'isoimient. Threatening Behaviour.—On a further charge of using threatening behaviour Edwin Charles Harvey was cautioned and discharged.
