The Sultan aseents to the telegram of April, 1892, as a basis of delimitation, and the joint commission gives the boundary of Rapch southeasterly to a point three miles from Akabab.
The reply gives every reasonable hopt of a completely satisfactory settlement ol details beiDg arrived at.
