A 50-MILE EXPRESS COLLIDES WITH EMPTY TRAIN.
TWENTY LIVES LOST.
By, telegraph, Press Ass’n, Copyright Received 11.33 p.m., July 28. London, July 28. The electric express, from Liverpool to Southport, travelling at tho rate of 50 milos an hour, collided with an empty tram at the Hall Road station. Twenty people were killed, and several injured.
