A FATAL ACCIDENT.
WELLINGTON, last night. At the inquest on the man who was killed on Wednesday while shunting '% a verdict of accidental death was returned. A rider was added that no blame was attachable to any of the railway officials engaged on the scene of the accident at the time, but a recommendation was made that the station yard should be more efficiently lighted while working trains.
