THE HARBOR BOARD ELECTION.
(To the Editor of the Times).Judging by the small amount of interest taken in the above, it seems likely that there will nob be a- contest for seats on the Board this year. Surely the business men of this town are not so satisfied with the personnel of ihc Board as to allow such a thing to occur. The Board has made some serious errors, and it is time some new members were elected. There are any number of men callable of acting as members, and I hope to see some of these nominated —just to test tho public feeling in the matter.—l am, etc., SMALL RATEPAYER,
