Barry’s Morpeth, who went once round over three flights of hurdles in good style. Tryphena and Vivacity worked together, both doing good work. Mr C. Morse’s Mies Ruby, a full sister to Halberdier, worked alono, and moved along in good style. The daughter of Cuirassier should prove a useful mare this season. Inamorata, a stable mato of Miss Ruby’s, did three usoful circuits on the plough, and is moving along freely. This mare should be very forward by the Poverty Bay Turf Club Meeting.
