By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, last night. .'At tho Police Court to day E. L. Macassey, Secretary of tho Forbury Park Racing Club, was charged with causing to bo insortod and publishing an advertisement to the efiect that applications were invited from persons desiring to bet at the Club’s meeting, with intent to induco persons to revert to Forbury Park racecourse. It was stated that this was a test case. After hearing the evidence and counsel’s arguinont Mr Carew, S.M., reserved docision, as ho was not sure the case was on all fours with the liempton Park ease.
