By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright Received 11.22 p.m., Jan. 15. London, Doc. 15. Mr Chamberlain visited two of Robinson's mines, descending to the deepest of them. Subsequently, addressing the Chamber of Minos, ho dwelt on tho limited supply of Uganda labor, and the danger of importing tire sleeping sickness. Accepting Chinese labor as a possible alternative there was the question whether lucre was a sufficient supply of Chinese, inasmuch as there is always a shortage at ports under European control, which is tho sole source of supply.
