By Telegraph —PreEa Association. Dunedin, last night, At a meeting of the shareholders of the Gentle Annio Gold Dredging Company, it was decided to go into voluntary liquidation. Mr R. Wood, of Tirnaru, was elected by the High School of Governors to-night for the position of assistant master of the Boys’ High School, and Miss Susan I,faNight, of Morniugton, for the position of assistant mistress of the Girls’ High School.

At a meeting of the Fallen Soldiers Memorial Fund it was reported that the funds in hand amounted to £’4oo.
