Tho Arbitration Court fined John Donnelly £5 for working at loss wagos than the minimum award of tho Court in the bootmakers’ dispute last year, Donnelly being a mombor of tho Workers' Union, Tho Court also finod tho Excelsior Boot Manufacturing Company ±3 and costs for employing Donnelly at wages lowor than the award. Tho difleronco botwcon thG wages paid and the minimum of the award had been paid up previous to proceedings.
