By Telegraph—Press Association. Hokitika, last night. The Supreme Court, opened at halfpast' one to-day. before Mr Justice Denniston. His Honor, in iiis charge to the Grand Jury, said that there was practically only one ease, covering two charges against the same person, which was not a serious record for the district for seven months. The eases were indecent assault, with attempt to commit rape, a case from Matakitaki district, and a minor charge of stealing 5s tid from the person of a young, girl of 13, the one alleged to have been assaulted.
