Chinnory followed, and scored rapidly. Findlay was bowled by Howell. Two for 32. Thompson filled tho vacancy. Chinnory was caught easily in the slips by Trumble off a rising ball. Threo for 47. itanjitsinhji joinod Thompson, and tho pair mado runs freoly. Itanjitsinhji was oasily caught at short leg by Duff. Earring an easy chance to Gregory at mid off off Armstrong, Itanjitsinhji produced his 60 runs by fino erickot. Four for 123. Aftor lunch, Lucas joined Thompson.
