Commander Tilley.

Auckland, last night,
News from Samoa states that the United States naval court-martial at Tutuila honorably exonerated Commander Tilley, of the transport Abarenda, from all the charges brought against him. These included charges of conduct unbecoming an officer, and of being under the influence of liquor.
