TWO MILLIONS TO SPIEL.

The Federal Minister of Customs states that the November returns show a large increase over the estimates. The Minister candidly confesses that the increase is inexplicable. The Government are confronted with the likelihood of having two millions to spare. Cabinet will discuss the situation shortly.
