BOWLING.
Thursday afternoon was an ideal one for bowling. Tho green was crowded, every rink being occupied from one to quarter-past seven. The players had to wait their turn to get rinks on which to play match games. Afternoon tea was provided by the caretaker. The following aro the scores

Witty (skip) 26 Nicolas (skip) 25 This game was very closely contested, and at the twenty-first head, the score, with one of handicap, was 25 all.
