Sanitary Regulations.
[Special to Times.] Wellington, last night. The Department of Public Health has completed the preparation of a set of model bye-laws appertaining to matters of sanitation in their relation to public health. These laws are intended as a type for the guidance of local authorities. They are framed in accordance with modern principles, and will, it is considered, he found most useful in assisting local bodies to comply with the provisions of the Public Health Act. They will be circulated shortly.
