SUCCESSFUL SHOW. [By Telegraph—Press Association.] Christchurch, last night. At a meeting of the A. and P. Association it was stated that the receipts at tho Metropolitan Show amounted to .£2,273, and the expenditure to 2J1653. SUDDEN DEATH. A man named Thomas Berryman, who had ’recently come from Kaikoura, died suddenly at Opawa this evening. Hs suffered from heart disease.
