GUN ACCIDENT.
ARMORER DECAPITATED. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright London, Nov. 13. The fatal explosion on board H.M.S. Royal Sovereign was duo to the misfire of a 6-ineh gun. The armorer opened the breech to withdraw the cartridge. lie was decapitated. Thero were many hairbreadth escapes.
