Mr Bull said that the only way to adjust the allotments of land on a fair basis was for -the Board to inspect the locality. The Board decided to meet applicants or their representatives on the ground on Thursday, 14th inst., at 2 p.m. Tho Chairman said that it would be necessary to have by-laws drawn up to bo observed by those taking up sections. The Board, he thought, might get sufficient rovenuo from the beach sections to make up for what they lost in the Titirangi appeal case. Mrs Elizabeth Cox wrote drawing attention to the manner in which that portion of Darwin Road (passing through Mr A. Y. Ross’s section) was drained. The water was flowing over her land and doing much damage to it.—The Engineer said tho matter could easily be remedied. It was decided to instruct the surface man to do the work.

The Board’s Engineer, Mr A. E. Matthews, reported on the Owen street drain. Ho recommended that it be continued, and also that a box culvert should be carried across Wainui road at DeLautour road. The Engineer thought the County Council would contribute towards the cost of the work.

Accounts amounting to £92 3s 4d were passed for payment.
