Mr Jones appeared for plain till', and Mr DeLautour for defendant. After evidence had been taken His Worship reserved judgment until another ease arising out of the same matter was heard. , . T. W. Porter v. Macdonald and Fan-lie was a claim for £7O rent. Mr DeLautour with Mr Douglas Lysnar appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Chrisp for defendants. Defendants disputed their liability for rent. Evidence was taken, and the further hearing of the ease was adjourned until this morning. Robert Colebrook obtained judgments bv default against several natives. 'Charles Nicholson v. John Healey, judgment bv consent for the amount of claim. £1 10s. costs ss.—lsabella Menzies v. John Healey, amount of claim on a judgment summons, £2 ISs, to be paid forthwith, in default three days’ imprisonment.
