(By Telegraph—Press Association.) Wellington, last night. The* Council met at 2.30 p.in. The whole afternoon was spent in discussing a motion tor the second reading of the Industrial. Conciliation, and Arbitration Act Amendment Bill. EVENING SITTING. The Council resumed at 7.30 p.ui. The Industrial Conciliation and Arbitration Bill was considered in committee. When Clause 6 was reached progress was reported without any amendments having been made.
