Most of the races were well contested, and the sum of X'3765 was invested on the 1 totalisator, making a total of XB2IO for the two days, a failing-off of X 876 as compared with last spring meeting. Bonnie Chiel is quoted at 10 to 1. Grasspan has been supported to the extent of several hundreds at 11 to 1. at which price Juggler is also quoted. Sixteen to ono is offered about Caledonia, and 33 to 1 about George Frederick.
