Wellington, last night, Thomas Conn was charged at the Magistrate's Court to-dav with converting to his own use at Lyttelton in July, 1599, £7O belonging to the Bank of New Zetland bv which he was then employed. Counsel for the Bank declined to proceed with -he information, and Mr Bell, Crown prosecutor, took the ease up. A remand to October 7 was granted.
