By Telegraph —Press Association. Auckland, last night. The balance-sheet of the South British Insurance Company for the year ended August 31st shows a credit balance in the working account of £33,373 10s sd. After adding £SOOO to the reinsurance fund £20,000 is added to the reserve fund, and the directors recommend payment of a dividend for the second half of the year at the rate of 2s 6d per share.
