By Telegraph—Press Association. Christchurch, last night. The Industrial Association has adopted the report of the Special Committee in regard to technical enucation. This recommends the Canterbury College Governors to co-operate with the City Council, Trades and Labor Council, Industrial Association, and other bodies in extending the operations of tho College in this direction.
