WRECK OF THE: MOONSTONE.
CARELESS MANAGEMENT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright Sydney, Sept. 27. At the marine enquiry into tho wreck of the steamer Moonstone, lost off Ocean Island while loading guano, the evidence showed remarkable laxity of management when the vessel was in such dangerous water. The master and chief officer have been called upon to show cause why their certificates should not be dealt with.
