SHIPPING.
The W'eka (Captain Carlson) arrived f:oin Napier yesterday morning. The steamer failed in at Wangawehi, at 6.8 U that morning, and three passengers were taken on board. Passengers : Mrs McColl, daughter, and son. Cargo: 10,486 ft timber, 100 ft moulding, .'ITS house blocks, 810 posts, and one package. She returns to Napier at H this morning. The Union Company's s.s. Waikare arrived here this morning, and will be despatched for Auckland and Sydney at 10 a.m.
The s.s. Fanny (Captain Nelson) arrives from Napier this morning. The cargo consists of Mr W. .1. Hawley’s furniture, transhipped from the Kahn from l'icton, and timber and posts. The s.s. Toroa arrived at Wellington at ‘i.Jb on Thursday evening from llisborno. Tile passage occupied t’.fj hours. The schooner (iisburno is detained fu port by the heavy weather, but stie sails for Mercury Bay at the first opportunity. ['ho schooner Waiapu sails for Coast ports and Auckland when the weather moderates.
