Montgomery’s Company.

Tiik above combination are to play a season of four nights at Gisborne, commencing on Wednesday next at the Theatre" Royal. The Company has been touring New Zealand for the last three years, and have during the last eighteen months played live seasons at the Opera House, Wellington. The last two (this year) were of la and 12 nights respectively. This is a record hard to beat, and is certainly a big recommendation of the ability of tho show. The Company consists of live popular artists, and a selection of the latest sensations and specialities by the bioscope. The entertainment is a distinct line of its own, no other company giving anything like the performance. Some of the leading lines are: “ Army Life,” “ Our Royal Nary,” “Cinderella,” Football Dog.” “ Diving Horses,” “Joan of Arc,” “ Story of a Prune,” “ The Dartos,” and a big collection of miscellaneous subjects. The illustrated songs are a new line, and are said to fairly captivate any audience. Comic dementis not forgotten, and Messrs Harry Hall and Peter Eade are two of the most popular commodians in the colony. The Company should have a highly successful season,
