Tho War Office is forming additional companies of Yeomanry for service in South Africa, and is re-enlisting qualified Yeomen.
General Lyttelton has succeeded General Hildyard In the Natal command. General Elliott’s division, including Colonel Delisle's column, have brought to Winburg 800 women and children, 100 waggons, 8000 cattle, 1400 horses, and many thousands of sheep. Colonel Barker has also made a large capture of stock in Eastern Orange Colony. A second warrant lias been issued against Dr lvraso on a charge of inciting to murder in the Transvaal. He has been further remanded. London, Sept. 11. Refugees in Capetown have received 400 permits to return to Johannesburg. An additional thousand will be issued at an early date. The whole of Commandant Seheeper’s supply carts have been captured. THE WEEKLY REPORT. By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Sept. 10. Lord Kitchener’s weekly report shows that 07 Boers wore killed, 07 wounded, 384 taken prisoners, and 163 surrendered ; 79 rifles, 05,'i1l rounds of ammunition, 371 waggons, 3,100 horses, and 19,000 Head of cattle were ea-t; ed.
