[By Telegraph—Press Association.] Wellington, last night. The steamer Upolu, while on the passage from New Plymouth, broke down off Cape Eginont to-day. She drifted about for ten hours. Temporary repairs were effected, and the vessel came on under easy steam. One of the pumps had become disarranged.
