OLD AGE PENSIONS.

By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright London, Sept. 6. The Trades Union Congress has resolved that an old ago pension is the right of every citizen. It instructed its Parliamentary Committee to convene a national conference of trades unions to co-operate with friendly and other societies to formulate a scheme for pensions.
